Below, we outline the entire procedure for you in brief.

It is not recommended to take medicines containing acetylsalicylic acid, which may reduce blood clotting, for at least one week prior to the treatment, so that the Madonna Eye Lift procedure can be carried out; it is essential that the area around your eyes shows no signs of damage or inflammation and that you do not have an infection.

The Madonna Eye Lift is performed on an outpatient basis under local anaesthesia or using a numbing cream (analgosedation is available on request).

Using cooling and special modulated, very fine laser beams from a CO₂ laser device, which penetrate beneath the skin around the eyes without damaging the surrounding epidermis, they create microscopic channels in the subcutaneous tissue, where collagen and elastin fibres are regenerated.

This is a short treatment lasting approximately half an hour. The patient may feel a slight tingling sensation in the treated area and a slight stinging sensation. After the procedure, the patient can return to their normal daily routine without any difficulty.

The Madonna Eye Lift is a safe and quick procedure, but it can occasionally cause redness, swelling and minor bruising afterwards. In such cases, we recommend cooling the eye area.

Your eyes may be more sensitive after the procedure, so it is advisable to wear dark sunglasses for a few days and apply high-quality protective sun creams with a high UV protection factor.

This applies not only to this treatment – we recommend protecting yourself from the sun’s rays and using high-quality sun protection products whenever necessary.

The results are immediate, but the effect gradually improves as new collagen tissue forms.
